Alice Cooper is the stage name of Vincent Furnier, the lead singer of an American rock band formed in 1968. The band, also known as the Alice Cooper Group or Alice Cooper Band, is known for their theatrical shock rock performances that incorporate horror movie and vaudeville elements. Their shows have featured electric chairs, guillotines, fake blood, and boa constrictors. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2011.
